Yoni Chesner was no fashion expert when he was growing up. He was a yeshiva student; his first job was making $6 an hour in a bagel shop in his hometown of Baltimore.

He currently runs a popular Luxe Fashion E-Commerce site called Amuze.com

He started by going to clearance section at Ross and buying our closeouts and flipping the products on E-Bay and Amazon.

After one visit to the Saks Fifth Avenue Company he bought out excess inventory and flipped all of the products within a few hours online and started his now successful company called Amuze.

“In the beginning it was a disaster,” he said. “Customers were like, what is this thing? But we’ve turned it around since, we’ve built inventory through lots of channels, thank God, bli ayin hara.” he told the Forward.

  1. Shame on him for supporting the left and having fundraisers for Obama – never could understand how Jews could be democrats

  2. He is a real mentsh with a true heart of gold. If it was up to him he would give a job to every yooken shnoidle out there who would then stab him in the back. I’m pretty sure his wife is pretty savvy herself and holds some reign in their business empire. I think he’s partners with Howard Friedman. Great people the Chesners.
