This will be the new dessert staple for your Shabbos table! Its crazy simple and easy, and takes 6 minutes to make. You can top this pie with anything you would like. Personally, I like to top it with non-dairy creamer–but marshmallows, caramel sauce, anything works!
Ingredients:
1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust
1/2 of a Can of Coconut Milk
1 Bag of Chocolate Chips
Directions:
Heat up 1/2 can of coconut milk and let boil, take it off immediately and pour coconut milk in bowl with chocolate chips. Let coconut milk and the chocolate chips sit for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, stir together until smooth and silky. Pour chocolate mixture into pie crust. Put pie into fridge to allow the chocolate to firm up. Keep in fridge until serving. Enjoy!
