PICTURE OF THE DAY: Israel Shows Solidarity With Russian Terror Victims

The Tel Aviv city hall lit up with the colors of the Russian flag to show solidarity with the people of Russia. This after the deadly St. Petersburg terror attack, which claimed the lives of up to 14 Russians and injured as many as 50. A 23 year old with radical Islamic ties is said to be the main suspect in the attack.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu sent his condolences to the Russia people following a deadly explosion on the subway in St. Petersburg on Monday that killed at least 10 and injured some 50 others.

“On behalf of the government of Israel, I send condolences to President Putin and to the families of those who were murdered, following today’s bombing on the St. Petersburg subway,” Netanyahu said in a statement. “The citizens of Israel stand alongside the Russian people at this difficult time.”
