Email Guidelines

In order to comply with industry standards, all mail we deliver to our users will contain contact information for unsubscription, as well as our name in the "From" header. If you are sending out a mailer for us, you will be required to provide the following information to your sales representative no later than 7 days prior to the delivery date.

1. HTML Version - This should be a standards compliant HTML email message, with all images hosted on a publicly available website, (using absolute URL's in the HTML) or if you need us to host them, they must be provided in a ZIP file, with the HTML, so that if everything is unzipped, the HTML will show the local images.
   
   HTML E-mail should never be a single image, but rather a combination of images and text to avoid being caught by anti-spam systems.

2. Text-Only version - This is sent in addition to the HTML, and e-mail programs have the choice of which version to display when a user is reading his/her mail.

3. Subject Line - How you want the subject to read

4. "From:" name - The mail will appear to be from this name, with our name as well. Example, if you are ABC Company, the from name on the mail would be "ABC Company / Only Simchas"

5. E-mail addresses you want us to send samples to. We will send a preview when it's ready. Please contact your salesperson with feedback.
