Syndication agreement
By syndicating content using our RSS code you agree to the following:

1. Relationship of parties. Using OnlySimchas.com content syndication RSS code (hereafter "the code") on your Website does not create or constitute a joint venture, partnership, agency or franchise relationship between you and OnlySimchas.com.
2. Rights granted. You are receiving non-exclusive electronic rights to publish the syndicated content (hereafter "the content") that OnlySimchas.com delivers through the code that OnlySimchas.com provides.
3. Warranties, indemnification and limitation of liability. OnlySimchas.com offers this service with no guarantees. By using the code you waive your right to hold OnlySimchas.com liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages resulting from such use.
4. Modification. You may not modify the code whatsoever.
5. Term and termination. OnlySimchas.com can terminate delivery of the content and modify the content delivered through the code without notification.
6. Violations. Your violation of this agreement may result in OnlySimchas.com terminating delivery of the content through the code, result in OnlySimchas.com requesting that you stop using the code and result in further legal action.
