From campers to chuppah, more than six years later. A pretty incredible full-circle moment.
Six years ago at Camp Moshava, Shabbos Kestenbaum made a deal with two of his campers, Ariel and Tali: they could skip the final bunk activity—on one condition. If they ever got married, they had to invite him to their wedding and let him say a bracha under their chuppah. Tonight, they kept their promise. From campers to chuppah, more than six years later. A pretty incredible full-circle moment. “Send your kids to Jewish summer camp. You never know which friendships, memories, and moments will last a lifetime. ❤️”
